Grinding Aid
Strong impacting Grinding Aid with the aim to increase productivity between 8-25% and early strength between 10-20% in order to reduce specific power costs between 3-6 units. Depending on Dosage, Clinker-Chemistry, SCM’s and Mill facility circumstances.
- Density/pH : ca. 1,063 g/cm3 ± 0,05 g/cm3; ca. pH 11,2 ± 1
- Dosage : 80-120 ppm
- Tentative Treatment cost : ca. 8 to 12 INR per mt of Cement, depending on needed dosage
AdoCemR II Series
Early Strength Enhancer
Strong Grinding Aid/Early Age Strength Enhancer with the aim to increase productivity between 5-15% and increase early strength between 20-40%. In order to be able to decrease the Clinker-factor up to 5%. Depending on Dosage, Clinker-Chemistry, SCM’s and Mill facility circumstances.
- Density/pH : ca. 1,175 g/cm3 ± 0,05 g/cm3; ca. pH 10,6 ±1
- Dosage : 500-1200 ppm
- Tentative Treatment cost : ca. 14 to 32 INR per mt of Cement, depending on needed dosage
AdoCemR III Series
Late Strength Enhancer
Strong Grinding Aid/Late Age Strength Enhancer with the aim to increase productivity between 5-15% and increase late strength between 10-20%. In order to be able to decrease the Clinker-factor up to 5%. Depending on Dosage, Clinker-Chemistry, SCM’s and Mill facility circumstances.
- Density/pH : ca. 1,042 g/cm3 ± 0,05 g/cm3; ca. pH 11,8 ± 1
- Dosage : 100-200 ppm
- Tentative Treatment cost : ca. 13 to 26 INR per mt of Cement, depending on needed dosage
AdoCemR IV Series
All Age Strength Enhancer
Strong Grinding Aid and All Age Performance Enhancer with the aim to increase productivity between 5-15%. Main aim is to increase early strength between 20- 40% and late strength between 10-20%. In order to be able to decrease the clinker-factor between 5-10%. Or to susbtitue Phosphor-Gypsum up to 100%. Depending on Dosage, Clinker-Chemistry, SCM’s, P205- Content and Mill facility circumstances.
- Density/pH : ca. 1,157 g/cm3 ± 0,05 g/cm3; ca. pH 11,5 ± 1
- Dosage : 400-1200 ppm
- Tentative Treatment cost : ca. 21 to 53 INR per mt of Cement, depending on needed dosage
Dosing system
The ease of use of the operating system is reassuring. The metering pump comes fully equipped with controllers and sensors and even a storage tank, providing an efficient unit that handles the task of dosing with utmost convenience. It merely requires appropriate electrical and hydraulic connections. There are mainly two types of dosing systems:
a. Manual system – It is recommended for long term application of ADOCEM
b. Dosing system with metering pump and calibration column – It is suitable for trial purposes or evaluation of cement additives.
